For the health and safety of our employees and customers, we're taking a thoughful approach to re-opening our stores. We want you to know that we're taking extra steps to make sure your in-store experience is as comfortable and safe as possible.

All Naturepedic employees will be wearing an organic cotton face mask, and all customers will be offered a complimentary face mask when entering the store.
social distancing
We will be practicing safe, social distancing measures while you shop with us. We will also be limiting the number of simultaneous customers in the store.
disposable sheet sets
For your safety and comfort, each mattress will be equipped with single use, disposable pillow and mattress protector that will be discarded after your visit.
sanitization and cleaning
We've implemented rigorous sanitization procedures using commercial services and in-store staff. Hand sanitizer will also be available and employees will sanitize their hands after each customer visit.

ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER
Visit the Toronto showroom and get to know Tamara, our gallery manager. Tamara came to us with a background in retail sales, despite a first job as a gymnastics coach! (Fun facts: She’s a former gymnast and cellist, and she is trilingual).
Tamara strives to live an organic lifestyle and says, “I’ve made a lot of switches in my everyday life since I started working at Naturepedic. I eat a lot more organic produce, I only purchase organic cosmetics, and I encourage all my friends and family to do the same.”
When it comes to managing the store, Tamara feels excited and fortunate to work for the Naturepedic Organic Mattress Gallery in Toronto, which is one of our two Canadian locations. She wants you to feel like family as soon as you walk in the door!
When she welcomes you to the store, her top priority is to properly fit you to a bed and help you understand the difference between an organic mattress and its conventional counterparts. “When I explain where the materials in our products come from, how they’re harvested, and all of the certifications we have to make sure the materials are high quality, customers are amazed.
